First Man on Moon, Neil Armstrong, Dies Aged 82 – Big Loss for Mankind
The First Man on The Moon has just passed away aged 82. He had heart surgery several weeks ago to unclog blocked arteries and has died from resulting complications.
Armstrong commandeered the spacecraft Apollo 11 with “Buzz” Aldrin. He first set foot on the Moon’s surface back in 1969, 20 July when he uttered the famous phrase: “That’s one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind”. And now it’s a Big Loss for Mankind. What a pioneering legend he was.
